A: Vyalight devices are wellness and personal care products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, unless explicitly stated.

3. Pricing & Payments

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All payments are processed via PCI-compliant third-party processors. SSL encryption protects your data.

Q: Are prices inclusive of tax?
A: Prices are in USD and exclude applicable U.S. sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on state law.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship only within the United States.

Q: What are the shipping rates?

  • Flat shipping fee of $19.90 for orders under $49

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total delivery time: 4–7 business days (Monday to Friday)

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Tracking information is sent via email within 24 hours of shipment. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment.

Q: What if my package is lost or delayed?
A: We assist with carrier investigations, but final responsibility for lost packages confirmed as carrier-related lies with the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

A: Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers must return the item and place a new order.

Q: Are there restocking fees?
A: No. There are no restocking fees for eligible returns.

Q: How long until I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 10 business days (Monday to Friday) after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once processing begins, cancellations are not guaranteed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Warranty

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes. We provide a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects, functional failures, and hardware issues under normal use.

Q: How do I make a warranty claim?
A: Contact support at contact@vyalight.com with your order number, product name, and photos/videos of the defect. Authorization is required before returning any item.

Q: Are replacement products covered by warranty?
A: Replacement products carry the remaining balance of the original warranty. Warranty periods are not extended.

A: Yes. Vyalight implements SSL encryption, restricted access, and PCI-compliant payment processing. We do not sell your personal information.
