2. Warranty Period

Additional important conditions:

  • The warranty period applies only once per product and does not reset, renew, or extend if a replacement, repair, or partial refund is provided.
  • Replacement products (new or refurbished) carry only the remaining balance of the original warranty period.

  • Infrared massagers and cordless wearable therapy devices
  • LED and infrared light therapy accessories and electronic components

Covered Defects Include:

This warranty covers defects that arise from manufacturing or workmanship issues, including:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or assembly
  • Electrical malfunctions not caused by external damage
  • Functional failures occurring under normal and intended usage
  • Hardware or internal component issues affecting standard operation
  • Battery or power-related failures (excluding normal battery degradation over time)

Conditions for Coverage:

  • The product must be used according to manufacturer instructions
  • No unauthorized modification, repair, or alteration must be present
  • The issue must not result from misuse, neglect, or improper handling

If a covered defect is confirmed, Vyalight will, at its sole discretion, repair the product, replace it with the same or comparable model, or issue a refund, in accordance with this Warranty Policy.

9. Replacement Policy

If a warranty claim is approved, Vyalight may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement product instead of repair or refund.
