1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States (USA) only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, delivery to U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

3. Fulfillment & Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from our U.S.-based warehouses and fulfillment partners.

VyaLight products are distributed through a network of verified suppliers and logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery across the United States.

4. Shipping Rates

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates:

Free shipping on orders over $49 USD
Flat rate of $19.90 USD for orders below $49 USD

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

5. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days after shipment.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 10 business days depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

6. Taxes

All prices on our website are listed in USD (United States Dollar).

7. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take some time to appear after shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
