1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to two destinations:
United States (USA)
United Kingdom (UK)
At this time, we do not ship to any other country, and we do not deliver to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York), or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
3. Fulfillment & Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from our warehouses and fulfillment partners.
VyaLight products are distributed through a network of verified suppliers and logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery to every destination we serve.
4. Shipping Rates
We offer simple and transparent shipping rates, and the same rates apply to both the United States and the United Kingdom:
Free shipping on orders over $89 USD
Flat rate of $19.90 USD for orders below $89 USD
UK orders are shown and charged in your local currency, converted from USD at checkout, so the thresholds above appear as their local-currency equivalent.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
5. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.
In some cases, delivery may take up to 10 business days depending on your location, carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.
We ship orders using trusted carriers. Orders within the United States are typically delivered by USPS, UPS, or FedEx; orders to the United Kingdom are delivered by our local carrier partners.
6. Currency, Taxes & Fees
All prices on our website are listed in USD (United States Dollar). If you are shopping from the United Kingdom, prices are converted and displayed in your local currency.
Product prices do not include applicable sales tax
For U.S. orders, sales tax (if required) is calculated at checkout based on your state's regulations
Any taxes or charges that apply to your order are calculated and shown at checkout before payment
There are no handling or hidden fees from VyaLight — the price you see at checkout is final
7. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take some time to appear after shipment.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays, failed delivery, or additional charges.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement, as long as they have not yet been processed.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos and order details so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.
