1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, protective inserts, manuals, and accessories.

2. How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

3. Return Authorization (RA) Number

A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. Please request an RA number from our support team before shipping any item back. Returns sent without an RA number may be delayed or refused.

4. Eligibility & Condition

To qualify for a full refund, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received them
In their original packaging, with all boxes, inserts, manuals, and accessories
In a resellable state
Returned within the 30-day return window

5. No Restocking Fees

We do not penalize you for changing your mind. Vyalight charges $0.00 in restocking fees for all eligible returns.

6. Return Shipping & Address

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

Claims for damage reported after 48 hours of delivery may be denied. Once verified, we will provide a priority replacement or a suitable resolution.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered processing or shipping.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; please follow the return process after delivery.

9. Refund Process

Once our team receives and inspects your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
