30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility & Condition
To ensure a full refund, items must be:

• Unused & Uninstalled: For safety reasons, lights that have been wired or installed cannot be returned.
• Original Packaging: Must include all original boxes, protective inserts, manuals, and hardware.
• Resellable State: Items must be in the same condition you received them.

No Restocking Fees
At Vyalight, we do not penalize you for changing your mind. We charge $0.00 in restocking fees for all eligible returns.

Return Logistics

• Standard Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping to our Gainesville, FL facility. We recommend using a trackable carrier (UPS/FedEx/USPS).
• Defective or Damaged: If your item arrives broken, we cover 100% of the return costs. Please report damages within 48 hours with photos for a priority replacement.

Refund Speed
Once our Florida team inspects your return, your refund is processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

A Return Authorization (RA) number is mandatory for all returns.

Exchanges & Cancellations

• Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
• Cancellations: Allowed within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order hasn't entered fulfillment.

Damage Claims
